The presentation

Continuum is Coreod’s longitudinal follow-up framework for organisations and professionals who want to observe how functioning evolves over time. It is designed for journeys that unfold over months: coaching, a management development programme, support through organisational change, or a personal development path. It maps the trajectory across successive assessments and delivers three actionable outcomes: a reading of what has changed since the first measurement, an identification of what has remained stable, and an evidence-based foundation for taking stock with a coach, a team, or senior leadership.

Continuum adds no instrument. It uses those of the starting matrix, Pulse, Equilibrium, or Lead, with the same items and the same instructions at every assessment, at intervals set in advance: eight weeks, three months, six months and, depending on the programme, twelve months after the initial measurement. This consistency is what makes the comparison possible.

Its distinctive value lies in reading movement rather than level. The Coreod engine compares each assessment with the same participant’s initial measurement, traces the trajectory of the scores, and shows any shift in position within the grid of the starting matrix. The comparison is strictly intra-individual: each participant is their own reference point.

Results are interpreted within the participant’s own profile. A questionnaire varies slightly from one assessment to the next even when nothing has really changed: a modest difference is therefore read with caution, and a change becomes meaningful when it is confirmed across several measurement points. The result is a contextualised trajectory: changes, stable dimensions, and points that remain undetermined.

Continuum supports the follow-up of a development journey and dialogue about what it produces. It describes a trajectory and does not, on its own, establish that a programme caused it: other events during the period may contribute. Health-related questions call for a dedicated clinical assessment.
